There are now two updates two this. There is the original XS version, the updated XS version and a third shield for holding dedicated space to do clearing work or to meditate. It's not really designed to be worn or used throughout the day as it may make you quite drowsy. It seeks to draw on 25d and 26d energies which can feel extremely expansive for some which is why it is designed to be used in dedicated work with concentration. It should be okay to use overnight but it may make you feel extra tired in the morning so if you need to work its better to wait until you have the day off. Those struggling with extra tough entities, it will make it easier to shift them off you!
